for Pakistan Players

These terms govern your use of the bewi11 platform — including your account, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, bonuses, sports betting and casino play. Please read them before registering or placing your first bet.

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method or same IP — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

All transactions on bewi11 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. No currency conversion is applied on your end.

Bonus Wagering Rules

All bonuses and free bets come with a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal. The specific multiplier, eligible games and time limit for each promotion are stated on the Promotions page and apply on top of these general terms.

Fair Play & Security

Cheating, use of bots, abuse of system errors, collusion or any attempt to manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited. bewi11 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where suspicious activity is identified.

1 General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bewi11 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing all use of the bewi11 website, mobile application and any related services. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds or placing a bet or wager on bewi11, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use bewi11. We recommend saving or printing a copy of this page for your own records. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

These Terms apply to all players using bewi11 from Pakistan. All monetary amounts referenced throughout this document are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

bewi11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players.

2 Eligibility

To register and use bewi11 you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

  • You are at least 18 years of age. bewi11 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
  • You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
  • You are not acting on behalf of a third party. Accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.
  • You are not an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of bewi11 or any of its affiliated service providers.
  • You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account closed by bewi11 for violation of these Terms.

Age Verification: bewi11 may request identity documents at any stage to verify your age and identity. Until verification is complete, withdrawals may be placed on hold. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3 Your Account

When you register on bewi11, you create a single personal account. The following rules apply to your account at all times:

  • One account only: Each player is permitted one registered account. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited.
  • Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and keep it updated. Inaccurate details — including a false name, date of birth or payment information — may result in account suspension.
  • Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bewi11 support immediately.
  • Account currency: Your bewi11 account is denominated in PKR. All deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR with no conversion applied on your side.
  • Account closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after standard checks.

bewi11 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as suspicious and report it to support immediately.

4 Deposits

bewi11 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically clear within 60 seconds. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank.

  • Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.
  • bewi11 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges — please check with your provider.
  • All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where identified.
  • bewi11 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal linked to a recently used deposit method.
  • Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once are not eligible for immediate withdrawal without completion of standard verification procedures.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact bewi11 support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before confirming the status of the first.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on bewi11 are processed in PKR back to your verified payment method. The following conditions apply:

  • Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification includes confirmation of identity and, where applicable, your payment method.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours of request. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, often clearing on the same day.
  • Any active bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements cannot be included in a withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.
  • bewi11 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of standard due diligence. This is a routine process and does not imply any wrongdoing.
  • If a withdrawal is declined, the funds are returned to your bewi11 balance and you will be notified of the reason via your registered contact method.

Withdrawal to matching method: Wherever possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for your most recent deposit. If that method is unavailable, bewi11 support will arrange an alternative.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bewi11 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and Cricket or PSL season promotions. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

  • Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated on the Promotions page.
  • Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate. Check the specific promotion for details.
  • Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
  • One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
  • Abuse prevention: Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Using bonus funds solely to meet minimum requirements without genuine gameplay — including low-risk hedging strategies — may be considered abuse and result in bonus forfeiture.
  • Maximum bet with bonus: While a bonus is active, maximum bet limits per round or per market apply. These limits are stated on the relevant promotion page.

You may opt out of any bonus before wagering begins. Contact support before placing any wagers if you wish to forfeit a bonus and restore your real-money balance.

7 Sports Betting Rules

bewi11 offers sports betting on Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), Football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports wagers:

  • All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
  • In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport-specific rule set displayed on the betting page at the time of placement.
  • Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. bewi11 may suspend a market at any time during live play. Any bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets attempted during a suspension are not accepted.
  • Obvious pricing errors — including grossly mispriced odds resulting from a technical fault — will be voided. bewi11 will notify affected players and return their stakes.
  • Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
  • bewi11 may limit the stakes of any player at its discretion, particularly where a pattern of systematic arbitrage or exploitation of pricing errors is identified.

8 Casino and Live Casino Rules

The Casino and Live Casino sections of bewi11 are governed by the rules of each individual game as published by the relevant game provider. The following platform-level rules also apply:

  • All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live physical outcomes (for live dealer games). The results are not influenced by the platform.
  • In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the studio. bewi11 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side.
  • If a game malfunctions or a technical error occurs that prevents a round from completing, the bet will be returned to the player's account. No winnings are paid on a void round.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. These limits may vary by table, game variant and player account status.
  • Live Casino tables are hosted by third-party studio providers. The provider's terms govern the conduct of each session; bewi11's platform terms govern the account, payment and dispute process.

9 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

bewi11 is committed to providing a fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of balances:

  • Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human action.
  • Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, live dealer sessions or betting markets.
  • Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or pricing errors knowingly. Players who discover an error must report it to support and not exploit it.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or evade restrictions.
  • Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity or location.
  • Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to process funds of illegal origin.

bewi11 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity around the clock. Suspicious patterns are flagged automatically and reviewed by our security team. We cooperate fully with law enforcement where required.

10 Privacy and Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the bewi11 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • bewi11 collects the information necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity and comply with applicable obligations.
  • Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services and, where legally required, regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
  • You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold on you. Contact support with your request and allow up to 14 days for a response.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Changes to These Terms

Continued use of bewi11 after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with a revision, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
